• All content, designs, and materials provided by Zahimo Studio LLC remain the intellectual property of Zahimo Studio LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Upon full payment, the client may receive usage rights to the completed project.
• You agree not to copy, distribute, or reuse any part of our services without our written consent.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the project private and not disclose it to any third parties without consent, unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability
Zahimo Studio LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed the fees paid by you for the services in question.

9. Warranties
We strive to provide high-quality services; however, we do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or expectations. All services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for any reason, including breach of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, you will remain responsible for any outstanding payments owed for services provided.

11. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, in accordance with applicable arbitration laws.
